Based in Marylebone this London property is steeped in history. The plot was originally the home to English writer Charles Dickens before it was demolished and turned into an office block in the late 50’s. Evidence of its history can be seen from the sculptured panel on the side of the building featuring characters from his six principal works.

Hemlow have been awarded the project contract as part of a larger portfolio for the client Lazari Investments. The project involves a landlord upgrade and tenant fit out.

We are working closely with the client to ensure the refurbishment of this London property is carried out with minimal disruption to the tenants, with the main tenant occupying the building being the NHS.

In order to achieve this we identified a dedicated team to provide the client and professional consulting team with solid lines of communication throughout.
