Who we are

Making buildings better since 1996

We’ve been expertly maintaining commercial buildings for more than 20 years. In that time, we’ve grown from a small team with an ambition to make buildings better to a 120+ person strong company with offices in Sevenoaks, Slough and Birmingham.

We work across London, South East, South West, the Midlands and the North on contracts that vary in scale and specification but have one thing at their core – technical excellence. We were founded not just to make profits but to create livelihoods and we’re proud to have created a culture where people grow with us and stay with us.

Maintenance isn’t an add-on. It’s all we do and we do it exceptionally well. Everyone who works here knows maintenance inside out – from our Directors to our customer support desk. Learning is at the heart of our approach, whether that’s our Improver programme or our industry-leading CPD training.

We don’t oversell or over promise. We do what’s needed, when it’s needed. Put simply, we get the job done, whatever it takes. And we make sure that you’re kept informed every step of the way – great communication is as important to us as technical excellence.

That ambition and drive extends to every building we take on, working proactively and imaginatively to identify and solve the important problems, not just the most immediate problems.
