Investment in our projects team to drive energy savings through equipment optimisation and upgrade.
Promotion of thirteen internal staff and investment in trainees as part of our commitment to employee development.
Launch of customer focused regional business units with dedicated management, engineering and contract support staff.
Expansion of our maintenance base both West and North, with local engineers employed as far north as York and west as Cardiff.
Delivery of CPD training to over one hundred industry professionals to assist with reduction of energy within their properties.
Introduction of sustainable site manuals across 80% of our maintenance base, delivering 75% reduction of paper use and carbon associated with postage.
Raising £3,500 for our employee nominated charity of 2023, DEBRA UK, through a range of team events including participation in the JLL Property Triathlon.
Improving sustainability of our fleet through refresh of our van fleet and introduction of more electric vehicles to our fleet overall.
It’s been a transformative year; we go into 2024 focused on personal customer service to our clients, with added sustainability and technology benefits.
