Here are a few tips to follow:

Follow manufacturer guidelines for equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Implement a regular cleaning schedule for equipment to remove dirt, debris, and buildup that can affect performance.
Lubricate moving parts as needed to reduce friction and prevent wear and tear.
Monitor equipment performance through regular inspections, testing, and condition assessments.
Address any signs of equipment malfunction or deterioration promptly to prevent costly repairs or replacements.
