Hemlow grows specialist responsive service

At Hemlow, our clients’ needs are our upmost priority, and as we continue to evolve, we are pleased to be able to offer a range of specialist in-house services, providing our clients with high level expertise, versatility and faster response times.

Combining this technical excellence with our maintenance offering allows us to provide our clients with a consistent high-quality service, whilst reducing costs, and offering valuable insights.

Going from strength to strength

Headed up by Technical Service Manager Callum, the team is made up of specialist engineers in areas including air-conditioning, gas/combustion and chillers. As the company continues to grow, so does the technical team, having doubled in size in recent years and taking on trainees to learn from their experienced engineers.

Expanding our offering

And with no signs of the growth stopping any time soon the team is set to expand not just in employee numbers but in service offerings and new regions.

Streamlining processes

On hand to help you streamline your building maintenance processes Callum and his team work to maintain specialist assets and improve plant efficiency. In addition, the team offer innovative insights on lifecycle planning, assisting with site compliance whilst reducing costs and driving sustainability initiatives.

Furthermore, as well as their planned works the team provides emergency repair services, sending trained engineers to site with rapid response times. By avoiding the need to contact any outsourcing partners, clients benefit from an efficient non-disruptive service and are able to keep their building running, even in the event of an emergency.

Having built a strong team in the South the Technical Services team are now expanding into new regions and are currently looking to recruit their first specialist engineer in the Midlands and North.
