A beautiful covered shopping arcade set in the heart of Mayfair, Burlington Arcade is home to high end retailers for jewellery, perfume, luxury boutiques and more.
Hemlow were awarded the Planned Preventative and Reactive Maintenance services contract, following a competitive tender through the managing agent, Metrus.
With its prime location, running parallel to Bond Street from Piccadilly, not only is it home to luxury stores and restaurants, but has also been the setting for many exclusive events.
Most recently, to celebrate the release of ‘No Time to Die’ Burlington Arcade featured an incredible 007 installation.
During the launch, Hemlow assisted by having an engineer on site for the duration of the event to ensure everything ran smoothly.
In addition to being on hand to respond to any potential issues, such as loss of power, our Hemlow engineer also carried out works prior to the event. For example, the running of electrics to ensure that external suppliers, such as caterers, had access to power for their equipment that they were bringing in.
We look forward to continuing to work with the client on this contract to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day maintenance tasks, as well as future events for this iconic building.
