The scheme has been developed to be able to offer all Hemlow employees a clear picture of all the career paths available to them within the business. Whether that’s progression into another role or a change of direction into a new department.
We provide all employees with any necessary training and support to allow them to progress into any role at any level. Over 75% of Hemlow senior management have progressed via internal promotions. Here at Hemlow there is no limit to how far you can go!
