Hemlow are pleased to announce that they have been awarded a flagship portfolio of 16 properties within the Midlands, with the client Knight Frank Promise.
This 3-year TUPE contract will see existing members of staff and engineers TUPE over to Hemlow.
Included within this prestigious portfolio is 103 Colmore Row, Birmingham’s tallest office building. Situated in the centre of Birmingham’s Business District the building stands at 26 storeys tall and has over 230,000 sq ft of Grade A office space along with a stunning top-floor restaurant. 103 Colmore will benefit from a full-time static engineer, along with additional mobile support.
In addition to Grade A office space 103 Colmore Row is powered by low and zero-carbon technologies, meaning the building benefits from the District Energy Scheme, a pivotal part of Birmingham’s green strategy.
Hemlow will be working closely with the client to provide recommendations to help reduce their energy usage including the undertaking of sustainability surveys.
