Get ready to dive into our latest adventure! On Friday 28th June, #TeamHemlow employees took on the 2024 JLL Property Triathlon in support of Tommy’s Charity at Dorney Lake!
After months of training the team took on the Triathlon with a record number of employees, consisting of 2 individual races and 2 relay teams!
First up was our Managing Director, Chris, who tackled the 750m swim, 21.2km cycle, and 5km run, clocking an impressive 01:40:26.
Vince, making his debut in the individual event, bravely took on the challenge despite having not ridden a bike in years! Securing himself a personal best time of 02:08:34!
For the first time ever, both of our relay teams started simultaneously, adding an extra layer of excitement and tension to the competition. Who would take the top spot?
Our first relay team, comprising Jack (swim), Ollie (cycle), and Henry (run), put in an outstanding performance, crossing the finish line in an impressive 01:47:19.
We were also thrilled to see our new Improvers getting involved, with Laurence taking on the swim for Team A. Ryan carried on with the cycle and Scott finished off with a strong run!
We are proud and thankful for everyone in #teamhemlow that took part and contributed to raising funds for our company’s charity partner Tommy’s! It was an unforgettable team day, and we already can’t wait for next year’s Triathlon!
