Our Improver Programme is designed to give anyone – regardless of age, skill set or qualifications – a route into our industry, and the practical experience and on-the-job training needed to build a long-term role with us.Â

Our Scholarship Scheme offers clear career path options for all Hemlow employees and the training applicable to each level. The majority of Hemlow senior management have come from internal promotions from engineering backgrounds.Â
