Summary
Cannon Green is a 110,000 sqft mixed used facility that was originally constructed in the 1960s, and transformed through full refurbishment in 2018.
Hemlow are the appointed maintenance contractor with the main objective to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the Mechanical, electrical and public health systems, to enhance the performance of the building and the satisfaction of tenants/occupants.
Cannon Green is more than just a premium Grade A commercial office space; it’s a mixed-use building located in the heart of the City of London. Integrating work and lifestyle, the development features a high-end restaurant, artisan café, gym, exclusive members’ lounge, and vibrant bar.
Plant and equipment is located throughout the building including basement and roof plant areas.
Services offered
- Planned maintenance of all mechanical, electrical and public health systems including VRF air conditioning, fire safety, back up power generation, drainage and life safety systems.
- Working closely client and subcontractors to provide a high-quality service.
- Utilise eLogbook’s to provide effective compliance reporting for the client.
- Dedicated operational team team to enhance service delivery and be on ‘first-name terms’ with all TSP stakeholders.
