2019 has been an exciting year at Hemlow (I repeat this every year, but it’s true!), which would not have been possible without our loyal clients, team, suppliers and of course, industry contacts.
In a moment of reflection, here are some of our highlights on our development over the last 12 months:
Experiencing another year of considerable growth , this time an impressive 25% through client referrals gained by our fantastic operational teams.
Increasing coverage in new areas, especially through our Midlands and North hub which has gone from strength to strength with new recruits and contracts in Birmingham and Manchester.
Welcoming new team members – we tipped 100 staff earlier this year and now employ over 120, whilst maintaining over 90% retention of our staff.
Hosting our annual company away day back in October, taking to the racing tracks at Revolution Karting. This was a fun filled day bringing employee’s together for some friendly competition!
Developing our team with 12 management, engineering and support team promotions.
Appointing Tom Wicks, a long-standing member of the team as our Operations Director.
Training another 150 external delegates through our HVAC CPD tour of the UK at some fantastic venues in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Settling into our fantastic new office space in our Slough operational hub, an area which has helped us to develop new departments to support our changing business.
Investing in our IT infrastructure and systems, further connecting our invaluable staff and continually improving our digital communications.
Phew! It’s been a busy, and rewarding year.
