As you will have seen from Chris’ memo today, whilst it is not mandatory to be in the office, we are ensuring they remain open. Therefore, we thought it would be helpful to send out a reminder around the current guidelines that have been put in place to keep us all safe in the Office.
Disinfect your workspace before and after use, along with your keyboard and mouse which should also be sanitised.
Please take care to use the walkways provided and keep your distance from one another. So please bear in mind no handshaking or hugging… even though you may want to!
Use the hand sanitiser provided around the office, and ensure you are washing your hands regularly throughout the day for at least 20 seconds.
Please follow the rules around limited numbers in the kitchen, and ensure that the dishwasher is switched on every night.
As we are all aware in the maintenance industry we need to have regular fresh air in the offices. Whilst we are unable to open the windows, there is a constant fresh air supply provided by the ventilation systems.
We have facemasks available in the office, if you notice that these are running low then please inform Julie at Sevenoaks and Sharon at Slough.
There are lateral flows available in the office, if you would like to use these.
If you are showing any symptoms, in particular a new, continuous cough, high temperature or a loss of, or change to, sense of smell or taste, then please follow the procedures which are in place.
Combined, these procedures will help to ensure that we remain COVID secure in our offices, keeping everyone safe and protected.
