Hemlow are pleased to announce that following further company growth we have expanded our Technical Team with a well-deserved internal promotion and an exciting new hire.
Therefore we would firstly like to congratulate Chris Farley who has been promoted to the role of Lead Technical Support Engineer. Having previously worked for Hemlow as a Mobile Engineer in the Operations team, Chris will now be complementing the technical support team with the creation of technical surveys and the supervision of the quality process for electrical works.
We would also like to welcome to the team Olivia Pavitt, who has joined us as Maintenance Planning Coordinator, and will be in charge of scheduling planned maintenance visits for our engineers and sub-contractors.

Chris and Olivia will be joining the team lead by Technical Regional Manager, Vince Casamassa and alongside Technical Manager, Mark Bellinger, Lauren Molloy, Compliance Supervisor and Andrea Leng-Smith, Technical and Quality Administrator.
We know the new members will further strengthen the team, working together and bringing valuable experience from their previous roles.
I am very happy to welcome Olivia and Chris into the Technical support team. In joining the department, this has enabled further support to the company both in relation to the ongoing growth and changes due to come in the next year of which the technical team provide crucial support.
Chris is settling in well under mentorship of Mark Bellinger, enabling him to complete asset verifications and life cycle reporting, leading into Mark’s further support of the business and our clients from a carbon reduction and life cycling point of view.
Olivia has also settled in well and is already trialling the direct control of maintenance planning management, supporting the Operations team.
Our aim for the future are to fully implement new software, changing the way we work as a department and are able to support the company in moving towards a smarter and more efficient way of working’
