Located on the prestigious King Street, Manchester, this Grade II listed Victorian building was built in the 1900s and underwent a substantial refurbishment in 2012. The building is situated in the heart of King Street, backing onto Manchester Town Hall and a five minute walk to the Arndale Shopping Centre. It is surrounded by high-end restaurants, office blocks and fashion retailers and is a very sought after area for businesses.
It is a multi-let 6 storey property consisting of; plantrooms and storage areas, ground floor reception, lift lobby and retail space with four upper floors of office space. The ground floor occupants consist of two high-end fashion retailers, along with multi-tenanted offices on the upper floors, providing 41,414ft2 of space. The building and the technology
76 King Street is a multi-tenanted retail and commercial building. With the refurbishment new refrigerant VRV / VRF systems were installed. There are two gas fired boilers that feed the LWHW heating system. All plant assets are serviced as part of the planned M&E maintenance contract.
