The Bourne Business Park buildings are managed by a leading managing agent. We’ve worked with them for many years and now as a Tier 1 contractor and were awarded this contract as part of their long-term strategy for a prestigious portfolio of buildings. As we look after three other buildings on another part of the same business park, it made sense to have a dedicated maintenance resource in Weybridge.

Following the refurbishment, much of the plant is new and includes the latest energy saving lighting, pump inverters, efficient boilers and air conditioning. We’ve put in place an ongoing maintenance strategy to ensure the new plant remains compliant and continues to perform at its best. Part of this includes having a fully-trained site engineer who understands the ins and outs of the plant and its equipment.
As the buildings transition from vacant to tenanted, we will be scaling up our service to full maintenance contracts.
